Mika Dela Cruz is a Filipino actress who was born on December 9, 1998. Mariko Nicolette Egger dela Cruz, known professionally as Mika dela Cruz, is a Japanese-born Filipino actress, model and singer. She is an artist of GMA Network. GMA Network (Global Media Arts or simply GMA) is a major national commercial broadcast television and radio network in the Philippines. GMA Network is the flagship property of publicly traded GMA Network Inc.
Mika was born to a Filipino father and an Italian-Austrian mother. She is also the younger sister of Angelika Dela Cruz. Maria Lourdes Egger Dela Cruz-Casareo, better known by her screen name Angelika Dela Cruz (born 29 October 1979), is a Filipina actress and singer. She started her career in 1995, and has since appeared in television shows and movies. Originally with ABS-CBN from 1995-1999 and again from 2003-2007, she became a contract artist under GMA Network in 1999-2003 and again in 2007 and currently.

Mika started her showbiz career with ABS-CBN Network. Mika is known for portraying teen to older characters, and is usually paired with Nash Aguas, Andre Garcia and Aaron Junatas.
