Nathan John "Nate" Schierholtz (born February 15, 1984), is an American professional baseball outfielder who plays for the Hiroshima Carp of Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). He stands 6 feet 2 inches (1.88 m) tall and weighs 215 pounds (98 kg). He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Francisco Giants (2007–2012), Philadelphia Phillies (2012), Chicago Cubs (2013–2014), and Washington Nationals (2014). He bats left-handed and throws right-handed.
