Alfonso Iglesias Soto, better known as Pompín Iglesias (born in Bogota, Colombia on December 9, 1926 — died in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico on March 3, 2007), was a Colombian Mexican-American actor and comedian. One of his most outstanding performances was in the series Mi secretaria, which lasted ten years on the air and in which he coined the phrase "¡Qué bonita familia! ¡qué bonita familia!". Other television productions include: Cómicos y Canciones, Sábados Alegres, Pompinadas and Hospital de la Risa. He emerged from the theatrical comedy, and forty of his sixty years of career dedicated them to the cinema, in which he debuted with the movie De Nueva York a Huapanguillo in 1943.
