Ralph Cirella - Biography
Ralph Cirella was Howard Stern`s wardrobe consultant and friend. Originally hired as Howard Stern`s stylist. He is known for his work on Private Parts (1997), Alien Space Avenger (1989) and Welcome to the Max (1993).
He then worked as the set designer for Howard Stern`s show. Cirella`s use of a laser pointer when critiquing women on the Howard Stern show inspired Lorenzo Lamas to do the same on the show `Are You Hot?` The producer of `Are You Hot?` used to work on Howard Stern`s E! show.
In his book, Miss America, Howard Stern calls Ralph the most universally hated member of his staff. Throughout 2006, Cirella briefly co-hosted the now defunct The Friday Show with Gary Dell'Abate and Jon Hein, on Howard 100 and Howard 101. He was also the host of "Geek Time" which aired on Howard 101.
Howard Stern announced Ralph's death on The Howard Stern Show, saying that Cirella was receiving treatment for a “rare lymphoma” when his “heart gave out”.
