Buxom and shapely 5'3" dirty blonde bombshell Tessa West was born on June 13, 1982 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was of mixed Irish and Native-American descent (specifically Creek and Cherokee Indian). The hazel-eyed beauty grew up as a tomboy in the small Oklahoma towns of Bixby and Tahlequah. West was a cheerleader in high school.
Tessa was a model for Hawaiian Tropic prior to starting out in the adult entertainment industry as a nude model. She began doing amateur po** under the name of Paige Addams at age 21 in 2003.
