Tim Blaney - Biography
Timothy Patrick "Tim" Blaney (born April 23, 1959) is an American puppeteer and voice actor. He has provided the voices for Frank the Pug in Men in Black and Men in Black II and the self-aware robot "Johnny 5" in Short Circuit and Short Circuit 2.
Tim Blaney has had a long association with the Jim Henson Company. His other prominent roles were as the robot Johnny Five in the Short Circuit movies and one of the Worm Guys in the Men in Black movies.
He is known for his work on Men in Black II (2002), Men in Black (1997) and Short Circuit (1986).
