Timur Asqaruly Kulibayev (also Qulybaev; Kazakh: Тимур Асқарұлы Құлыбаев; Russian: Тиму́р Аска́рович Кулиба́ев, born 10 September 1966) is a Kazakhstani business oligarch and son-in-law of Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev.
