Paul Anthony "Tony" Wright (10 December 1925 – 6 June 1986) was an English film actor. The son of actor Hugh E. Wright, he was a Rank Organisation contract player for some years. Hugh E. Wright (13 April 1879 – 12 February 1940) was a French-born, British actor and screenwriter.
Paul was an actor, known for The Saint (1962), À toi de jouer... Callaghan!!! (1955) and Callaghan remet ça (1961). He was married to Janet Munro. He was booked to play "Private Perkins" in Doctor Who: The Invasion: Episode Six (1968), but was replaced by Stacy Davies.
He married actress Janet Munro in 1957. They met at the Kismet Club. When they married in January of 1957, they held a mock wedding just for photographers. The couple were divorced in 1959 He died on June 7, 1986 in London.
