Cármen Lúcia Antunes Rocha (Montes Claros, April 19, 1954) is a Brazilian jurist and member of the Supreme Federal Court since 2006. She was the second woman to be chosen as a justice for such court. She has been nominated by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
