Kishore Mahbubani (Chinese: 马凯硕; pinyin: Mǎ Kǎishuò; born 24 October 1948) is a Singaporean former diplomat. He is currently Professor in the Practice of Public Policy and Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
