Through innovative promotions, marketing, public relations and special events, Xavier has helped create cultural hot spots at the top clubs in Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. A generous businessman, Xavier credits his success with the relationships he has cultivated throughout the years -- not the venues nor the city, nor his talents. It is through those relationships that he recently took his career in a new direction – partnering with Jane Owen to form Owen/Xavier PR, a new public relations firm that has gained a reputation for its originality and strong work ethic – an environment that leads Xavier back to his beginning... hard work, risk and a lot of determination.
