Mina Basaran - Biography
Mina Başaran (1990 – 11 March 2018) was a Turkish socialite and businesswoman and the daughter of Hüseyin Başaran. Mina Towers in Istanbul are named after her.
Başaran was killed in the 2018 Bombardier Challenger 604 crash, alongside seven of her friends, flying back from a party in Sharjah ahead of her planned wedding on April 14, 2018, to Murat Gezer, owner of print shop Metprint Baskı Sistemler. The trip to the UAE was for a party to celebrate the upcoming wedding of Ms Basaran to Murat Gezer, owner of print shop Metprint Baski Sistemler.
