Zhang Ping - Biography
Zhang Ping (Chinese: 张平; born 1 January 1946) served as chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, a prominent department within the State Council of the People's Republic of China. Prior to his current position, he served as deputy secretary general of the State Council from 2006 to 2008.
